This is a unique spice blend that we use on the food truck from time to time. We like to dust our wings with this rub after the have been fried and then use a cheerwine BBQ sauce for dipping. We also use this spice blend on our potato hash at the end to give the potatoes that extra kick that sets them apart. The possibles at home for this product are only limited to your mind. Of course it will be great when applied generously on some baby back ribs or pork butt, but could you imagine using this rub on a fresh salmon filet with our pickled onion to finish? Now that’s what I call a flavor explosion.
