Our bourbon apple jam is produced from local North Carolina apples infused with bourbon, caramelized onions, garlic and a touch of fresh ginger. This jam is a tad on the savory side but still has plenty of sweetness for your breakfast toast. Would be great on a pork tenderloin as a glaze as it cooks or a wonderful accompaniment for a cheese board.
